As a member of the Division 1 Tennis Team, the Campus Wide Honors Program, and the Delta Gamma sorority, Tricia cultivated the discipline and leadership skills that have defined her career.
Tricia brings over two decades of executive leadership experience within the staffing industry, having held roles at prestigious organizations such as Robert Half International, Kelly Services, and Employbridge. Her responsibilities ranged from sales-focused positions to Vice President roles overseeing multi-state teams. Notably, she transitioned into the financial industry in her 50s, a bold pivot that underscores her commitment to lifelong learning and growth.
Beyond her professional achievements, Tricia is a Certified John Maxwell Speaker and Trainer, a credential that reflects her dedication to leadership development and personal empowerment.
